Hire Video Creators on Terms You Both Agreed

Brands publish a campaign, review the work creators choose to share, and send an offer with the pay, schedule and rights written out. Creators keep ownership of the videos they make.

Canvas UGC Marketplace is in its first release and open to a small group of invited testers.

What Every Offer Spells OutSame Copy for Both Sides
Pay
One total per creator, held before work starts
Videos
How many, for which platforms
Schedule
Delivery days, time window and time zone
Review time
How long you have to decide on each video
Reuse
Optional extra per video, for a set use, time and region

Once the creator accepts, these terms are fixed. A later edit to the campaign never changes them.

How It Works

From a Brief to a Finished Video

  1. 01

    Publish a Campaign

Five short steps: the work, the creators you want, the schedule, the pay and rights, then a review of exactly what creators will see.

  2. 02

    Review Who Applies

Creators choose which of their accounts and videos to share with you. You see their own work and the statistics their platforms report.

  3. 03

    Agree the Terms

Send an offer with the pay, video count, schedule and any reuse price. The creator reads the same terms before accepting, and the campaign has to be funded.

  4. 04

    Deliver and Settle

The creator submits each video. You approve it, ask for a change, or reject it with a note. Approved videos become payable to the creator.

Portfolios

Choose a Creator by Looking at Their Work

A creator connects their own TikTok or Instagram account and picks what to share with each campaign. We show what the platform returns, and nothing it does not.

What a Portfolio Shows

  • Profile photo, display name and handle from the connected account
  • Followers, following and post count as the platform reports them
  • Typical views: the median of recent posts, with the number of posts it came from
  • Recent videos with their covers, dates and links to the original post
  • The creator's own bio, topics, languages and availability
  • Their Canvas record: agreements completed, and ratings from brands they worked with

What It Never Shows

  • Estimated or scraped figures. A statistic is either reported by the platform or marked unavailable.
  • Bought badges or “verified creator” labels. Standing is counted from agreements recorded here.
  • Accounts or videos the creator did not choose to share with your campaign.
  • A promise about how a video will perform.

Pay and Rights

Two Separate Prices, Both Set by You

Pay for the work is the total per creator. Reuse is priced per video and is always optional.

Campaign Pay

One total per creator for the agreed videos. The creator sees the amount and the schedule before accepting, and the campaign has to hold the funds first.

Schedule

You choose how many videos, when they are due, and how long you need to review each one. Both sides keep the same accepted copy of it.

Optional Reuse

Extra pay per video to reuse it in your own channels or ads, for a set time and region. The creator accepts each video separately and keeps ownership either way.

Records

A Record Built Only From What Happened Here

After an agreement ends the brand records the outcome, and each side can leave one review. Those counts are the whole of a Canvas record.

Creator Standing

New
No completed agreement recorded yet.
Established
At least one completed agreement, and at least 80% of recorded outcomes completed.
Proven
Five or more completed, at least 90% completed, and 4.5 or better across three or more reviews.

Brand Standing

New
No campaign history on Canvas yet.
Active
A campaign in the last 60 days and no applicant left waiting more than seven days.
Established
Three or more completed agreements, 4 or better across two or more reviews, nothing overdue.

Standing is calculated from those rules and cannot be bought or edited. A record is not an identity check, a payment history or a guarantee about future work.

For Creators

Keep Your Work, and See the Terms Before You Say Yes

  • Choose which accounts and videos each brand can see.
  • Read the pay, schedule and rights in full before accepting.
  • Build a record from the agreements you complete.
